For mails which are not a thread but just single emails, the layout is a bit strange currently cause it shows too much info. Also it makes no sense to be able to collapse the only email.

So we could check what to do with the header there (possibly just not show the people bubbles in the header?) and probably block collapsing the mail.

Seria interessante ter campos no cadastro do aluno - aba moradia sobre Internet Banda Larga, Internet por Rede Celular, Smartphone etc, devido a essa pandemia as autoridades estão solicitando um raio-x da infraestrutura das famílias. Se não nesse nível de detalhe, mas pelo menos um campo que informe que o aluno tem acesso à Internet.

Instead of showing the full handle here in bold when no display name is set, the bold should only list the username part. That is:
