Describe the bug
The Tier section within the Edit Collective page isn't behaving properly for small screen sizes and mobile.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to a collective you have admin rights.
- Click on settings (near the logo).
- On the left hand side, select Tier.
Note: You'll have to do the above in a mobile device or use the browser dev tools.

Offen expires usage data after 6 months. A 6 months view can therefore never contain a meaningful returning visitors statistic.
When the 6 months view is selected, the returning visitors metric can simply be hidden.
