What existing feature could be improved?
The share, projection, camera, info and measurement tools do not describe what they are. Having a tooltip describe the button on hover would be helpful to new users and those that are impaired. Additionally, we should add aria-labels to these buttons for enhanced accessibility.

Random number functions work best when they generate many numbers are once, which isn't always convenient. Python generators offer a solution to this, but they aren't conveniently carried around. Create two random number generator functions, one normally distributed, the other in a top hat distribution, and attach them to the pysat object at instantiation.

In examining the PCM code I noticed the PCM never checked for proper power conditions.
I tested this by removing all power from the spacecraft and still noticed the PCM was spewing out data on the telemetry port.
It should be hooked to it's proper breakers.
