Refactor existing hashCode() to include class for methods using the Apache Commons Lang 3 style
Append class to all HashCodeBuilders in Gaffer for the below issue to minimise hash collisions.

Migrate the tests from DataTypeTest to SqlDataTypeTest.
DataTypeTestToSqlDataTypeTestConverter(being added in prestosql/presto#6391) may aid the migration.- ideally the work should be done incrementally (in small steps) to facilitate the review process

At this moment relu_layer op doesn't allow threshold configuration, and legacy RELU op allows that.
We should add configuration option to relu_layer.
