When I pull the resize button of the code editor, it doesn't the resize the code in the editor.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Click the resize button on the code editor and drag it down
- The code doesn't resize
Expected behavior
I expected the code to resize as I drag down the button.

Describe the bug
"Import from URL" for query params does not update the UI
To Reproduce
- paste
http://localhost:4000/path?param=testin the url - go to query tab
- click "import from url"
- Note that the tab shows the count of query params (1) but the keyvalue table does not update
- Activate a different request in the sidebar
- Go back to the previous request

I used the Directus app to add a O2M field to a collection with a lot of items, and choose to add the corresponding M2O field to the related table.
When visualizing the collection hosting the O2M field, that field indicates "100 items" and it's only possible to scroll through these 100 items, even though there are way more.

Describe the bug
SmartForm doesn't check the new API collection..permissions.canDelete to tell if it's possible to delete a document, and shows the delete button.

Motivation
The AMP Project support is very important to accessibility and Google's Pagerank. So, it could will be awesome had this support in Gridsome.
My menubar is full. Even with "menubar mode" turned off it still appears up there. It should not force an icon up there.
