I would like to specify the target for a MudNavLink.
Because I want to open a new tab for specific link.

A new parameter which provide the target of the link.

Not using MudNavLink but this is sad!

The current error messages simply tells the user what invocation was received that wasn't expected.

This should be improved to include a the necessary Setup/SetupModule call to set up a handler for the call, and have additional links to the documentation pages.
