Describe the bug
Creating a Gist using the gh command-line interface does not preserve the
contents of binary files.
~ $ gh --version
gh version 1.5.0 (2021-01-21)

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Create a Gist with a binary file using gh gist create /path/to/binary-file.
I have successfully reproduced this behavio
GenMarkdownTreeCustom has a way to a header (filePrepender arg), however there is not a first class way to add a footer.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the git log in the pane only shows <short commit> <message>, I'd like that to be configurable as the log commit message in the full sized panel shows

I'd like to have the git log message in the pane be configurable in the same way that the branchLogCmd is configurable

It's always a good idea to work on documentation. I think it would also be good to restructure the README:
- Add a quick link section at the top of the readme (see https://github.com/sharkdp/bat)
- Extend the tutorial (rename "How to use"?)
- Move the "Parallel command execution" section inside the "How to use" section). See also: #605
- Move "Installation" section below the

Currently, each argument to fx treated as an anonymous function. Here is an example:
fx 'groupBy("commit.author.name")' 'mapValues(size)' toPairs 'sortBy(1)' reverse 'take(10)' fromPairsBut this requires a lot of ' quotes. My idea is to split the argument by whitespaces . So next will be possible to write:
