Extending the work in yugabyte/yugabyte-db#6772, it'll be helpful to also show in the http://yb-master:7000/tablet-server-clocks view, for each yb-tserver, the RTT time between the yb-tserver and yb-master leader.

This will give a quick indication of how geographically dispersed the nodes in the system are.

2. This make it hard for the operator to detect if the pool really uses the correct connection.

I am very new to this library. Just downloaded the same today and started experimenting.

I could not find a way to "Start" and "Stop" an AWS Instance. Please let me know if I am missing something, is there any way to do so. This seem to be basic operation which should have been available.

**Issue/Feature Description:
As there are a lot of legacy codes, there will be some reference to "opensds". need to rename them to SODA

**Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
As we moved from opensds->soda, the binaries generated, folder names etc should also be changed to SODA.
