    Google v. Oracle will shape developer opportunity years to come. The U.S. Supreme Court should stand by developers and uphold their right to reimplement APIs, transfer skills, and innovate without interference.

    GitHub joined an amicus brief with 100+ US companies opposing implementation of the Final Rule on Ground of Inadmissibility, which could bar 56% of legal immigrants—devastating for developer opportunity and the software industry.
