While we can use @list rss that also shows the commands of the plugin.
An idea is to have something like @rss feeds which would output only the feeds names, which we could use after with @rss <feed name.

I'm having a very hard time (as a Rust beginner) figuring out how to hack in an SASL connection with url-bot-rs, and I haven't found a dependent crate that actually uses SASL, to use as an example.
