The sorting does not seem to be working when the items are in a fixed height container that scroll all the items.

If you try to drag the last item in the list to the top it won't scroll automatically and even if you use the mouse wheel to scroll while dragging it, dropping it on the top won't trigger a drop.

I guess this has something to do

If CPM_SOURCE_CACHE is set to an empty string, CPM fails with file DOWNLOAD error: cannot create directory '/cpm' - Specify file by full.

CompatHelper can open many PRs and push all non-CompatHelper related PRs off the first page of a project's PR list. It would be great if CompatHelper labeled its auto-generated PRs with a CompatHelper label so it is easy to filter out these PRs with a simple -label:compathelper argument to the PR search.
