Explain that the size of a single cookie in most browsers is 4 kilobytes.
Purpose of proposed feature
In our current FAQ page, we fals claim that all the cookies combined on a single domain cannot reach 4096 bytes. (the reason is that this was probably the case long before)

The public key-based request signing functionality added to sso_proxy in buzzfeed/sso#106 is undocumented. In particular, it's not immediately obvious how to a) generate an appropriate keypair or b) validate a signed request in an upstream service.
