Describe the bug

When using i18n with multiple_files structure with slug name containing "md", Netlify CMS incorrectly identify the md as the file extension, and insert lx.md there instead (where lx is the language).

To Reproduce

• Create a yml file with the following i18n options:

i18n:
  structure: multiple_files
  locales: [th, en]
  default_locale: th

Expected behavior
All the UI should fit according to the screen size. No zoom or out of the scr

Do you have any plans to also process JSON files? That would be really handy!

e.g. I have JSON files in the /data folder that contain absolute paths to images ("/assets/etc.jpg") that, similarly, need to be converted to relative paths.
