In some branches network, where the security policy is strict (eg. only allowing http/https), running mqtt using port 8883 is not working. My options is using only port 443, but it's not working. Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create postgres / mysql plugin and reach the datasource editor form.
2. Enter URL as 'localhost' (need to have a postgres / MySQL db running on localhost)
3. Fill correct credentials, then click Test
4. A toast message is expected but does not appear.

There should be options in the menu.
