Vim

Vim is a highly customizable text editor that can run in a shell. Bram Moolenaar is credited with the development of Vim, which he began in 1988.

I'm looking to get these links more upfront when someone visits the page.

Adding the links should be pretty straight forward. The challenge is that on mobile, all the links will not fit.

A burger menu should be implemented to accommodate the mobile view (sm breakpoint).

Not looking for anything complex, just one that's sharp and works well.
