Currently, podcasts (shows) appear in search results. The logic to handle playing a show, setting the context etc just needs implementing. Feel free to 👍 this issue to pressure me to get this done 😄

Internal options in the config file shouldn't be touched by the user. Therefore, a new Internal section would be a good idea. It could contain refresh_api from Spotify web, or a new option to check if the user has already gone through the initial screen from #87.

That, or perhaps an Internal prefix to certain options, like InternalSpotifyWeb. Because having so many options under Internal mig
