- If installing 0.1.2, any changes you want to make to the config file will have to be done in LocalAppData.
- Allow the database and the manifest repo URLs to be changed, at least in the config file.
- Add an option to refresh cache on application start.
- Remember to move the code that gets descriptions when loading from the database into the If/Else block with the manifest loading.
