    It took a long time, and there's still work to do, but I'm excited to be able to play with v4 UUIDs in Chrome Canary. It's been a great experience working with and , who wrote the uuid npm module, to make this possible.

    any reservations I had about have been eliminated by a large refactor I just undertook in yargs. type safety helped me convert the legacy codebase to a class structure with public/private methods within a few hours.
