    Q to the twitterverse: has anyone used the as a backend and can recommend? How easy/difficult is it to set up? I'm looking for a self-install alternative to Firebase. Basically need just a datastore, user management, REST API, good JS integration.

    Ok - change of plans. Not using Firebase anymore for my "test" app idea concept. Developer recommended Parse Platform: -> More powerful DB queries -> Equally as powerful with auth setup -> Migration to a custom backend is way easier Will report back.
