Update: pybluez is not compatible with Python 3.10 and they never released some things after 2019. I suggest that every you use for Bluetooth handling, use Bleak otherwise it would properly not work with 2022.07

Getting quite close .. these single ESP32s now track my BLE wearables (oura ring), has PIR and mmWave radar for motion/presence. Trying still to calculate distance with the RSSI (to determine which room is actually closest)

We realized one of our requirements for the workshop need further clarification: you need to have a 64-bit version of Home Assistant OS installed. 32-bit is not supported right now.

Next release we will make firmware updates accessible to all Z-Wave users in Home Assistant (not just ZWaveJS2MQTT).
We're also working with Jasco to integrate this into Z-Wave JS device DB so we can offer updates inside Home Assistant instead of sending users to a GitHub repo.
