via the set username block i was able to make a script to upload items in a list as different user for each item user data_storage and then with little effort make it upload a low poly hd image (which was slow but a good speed for being a scratch project ) which was clearly bigger than whatever the data limmit is so in order to avoid that i would limit the times a ip adress can set usern

Similar to #86 but requiring named items, like "Special Shovel" - and cancelling what that would normally as #87.
