Describe the bug
The install script is dumb. It is no verfying anything and runs.

It should:

  • check if rA version is supported (via hash).
  • check if all tools are available.
  • check if the rA folder is named "rathena"
  • check if a backup already exists and create a new one (should not overwrite)
