CLAVIN (Cartographic Location And Vicinity INdexer) is an open source software package for document geoparsing and georesolution that employs context-based geographic entity resolution.
Geographic Place, Date/time, and Pattern entity extraction toolkit along with text extraction from unstructured data and GIS outputters.
