The current RoomMemberQueryFilter doesn't support query by wxid (id of Contact), can we support this?

1. Find all contacts for the room and find out the matched id
2. Load the contact by id fir

Add ability for the conversation create API endpoint to accept an agent id & team id on creation

• if agent id is provided, round-robin is not triggered
• if team id is provided
  • team_id attribute is updated
  • if agent id provided
    • if the agent belongs to a team, the agent id is preserved
    • if the agent doesn't belong to a team, auto-assign to an agent in the team

When executing create, it starts an instance of chrome and waits for the qrcode to be read.
