Bug Report

In readthedocs/readthedocs.org#8328 (comment) we realized that we are using floats to set the version of Python (3.5, 3.8, 3.10) which doesn't make sense and breaks due to 3.10 is 3.1.

This is the setting involved here:

• The migration guide explains how to create a new Github app to replace your old OAuth app
• It's not clear to me if there's a way to move the users to the new app, so they do

It should involve things such as description, s/w requirements, h/w requirements, schematics, usage etc.

Refer to the various Arduino project documentations for assistance.
