Hi there 👋

GitHub followers Twitter Follow Research gate LinkedIn

I am a Software Engineer at esqLABS and work on open-source software for systems pharmacology.

My prior academic research work focused on the neural and psychological basis of moral judgment and decision-making (for more, see my website).

I am deeply passionate about open-source software development. Both in personal capacity and as a core easystats team member, I love developing tools that make data visualization and statistical analysis more fun. 🙌

As a Lead Developer

Here are a few of the packages I have developed (and am proud of 😅):

  • ggstatsplot: Enhancing ggplot2 plots with statistical analysis 📊🎨📣
  • statsExpressions: Tidy Dataframes and Expressions with Statistical Details 📉📜🔣

As a Team Developer

  • see: 🎨 Visualization toolbox for beautiful and publication-ready figures
  • report: 📜 🎉 Automated reporting of objects in R
  • bayestestR: 👻 Utilities for analyzing Bayesian models and posterior distributions
  • correlation: 🔗 Methods for Correlation Analysis
  • modelbased: 📈 Estimate effects, contrasts and means based on statistical models
  • effectsize: 🐉 Compute and work with indices of effect size and standardized parameters
  • parameters: 📊 Computation and processing of models' parameters
  • performance: 💪 Models' quality and performance metrics (R2, ICC, LOO, AIC, BF, ...)
  • insight: 🔮 Easy access to model information for various model objects
  • datawizard: 🧙 Magic potions to clean and transform your data
  • ggsignif: 🎨 Significance brackets for ggplot2

tl_sizes() does not return sizes for installed LaTeX packages

I can reproduce the same behavior also at the terminal, so I am guessing that this is not strictly related to the R package, but then I am also not…
