Hide 'Open Another File' when on the 'select file' screen

Currently whenever at least one keepass file is open, the menu entry includes a 'Open Another File' entry. When this is clicked the 'open file' screen is shown. but the menu still contains 'Open Another File' - this creates a loop the user has to press back multiple times to get out of.
So best to just hide the menu entry when you are on the select file screen.

Add warning log when a database from KPRPC is null

Per https://forum.kee.pm/t/edge-89-0-774-50-official-build-64-bit-kee-3-7-8-does-not-start/3572/ one possible explanation for this is that there is no valid home group set in one of the databases.

Some better handling of this error state in jsonrpcClient.ts:getAllDatabases() could:

  1. Offer some better console log feedback within the browser (rather than having to look at KeePass)
