issue #5 highlights a problem. I'm going to need to fully decode the h264 streams in a debug class to peek inside.
I'm hoping to find P/B frames referencing the initial iframe by index/value - and that a simple rewrite of some values will let me share the initial iframe between streams. I haven't gone that deep into H264 before so need to find some good documentation again.
