    and I worked together once again to add new features like… the voice chat, powered by WebRTC! An embedded video player on the stage! Real-time event triggers for live-ops! So as the top finalists are revealed in the livestream we’ll update the game world to match 🪄✨

    What’s this?! Another Adventure launch? Indeed! Google Play are leveraging the Adventure virtual conference engine for another event – the Google Play Indie Games Festival! We added voice-chat tables to help connect Game devs and gamers in a virtual space!

    Reading up on the apple announcements and I see people complaining that the new iMac keyboards don't have a backlight – this always surprises me. Is touch typing really that uncommon or am I missing something?

    Snyder: Even though I know everyone is stuck at home and will watch my movie on widescreens. I’ll release it in 4:3~ as it was meant to be experienced in IMAX ratio in theatres. *failed to shoot the movie with IMAX cameras tho*

    A colleague linked me to this "Wee Royale" game as well which uses the Wee Fantasy sprite pack to build an online battle royale game on the web. Cool stuff 👏

    Quick shout-out: For CDS Adventure's original prototype I bought a license for this sprite pack to get it up and running last year. They have a bunch of nice retro sprite packs of different genres, worth a look for quick prototyping! 🕹

    What if the device detects the user squinting? I’m imagining what parallels we’d see with the original iPhone. Could they nail natural gestures and find an equivalent of “pinch to zoom”? Imagine “squint to zoom” in VR.

    Lenses which auto adjust focus via sensors. Software that compensates for movements of the headset if the user makes expressive facial movements like raising their eyebrows. Most interesting of all are sensors which provide eye tracking.
