Describe the bug

In the official docs, the page for Helm notes that variables can be substituted using the $ character, but do not specify how to escape them. The user should not have to dig through the source code for this information. If this is not a supported feature, then the docs should state this very clearly.

Garden supports disabling privileged containers, and some users have configured it (see Discord message) - should we support that for the containerd runtime too?

It seems like naming a remote is subject to certain limitations as groupadd is executed (potentially 32chars?).

Would be faster if we can reuse the already downloaded one, this is specially good for not cloud runners.
We should download the wrapped runner once (GH or GL), install it in the system and make cml-runner to use it always.
If we are changing the SCM we should download the other wrapped runner.

What happened:

Accessibility report shows various issues that need to be addressed.
