It is very wise to add license to the dataset itself. Also, license should refer to a standard license with no additional text if possible, but note that some licenses assume additional clauses like Creative Commons by Attribution Share-Alike. There is a SPDX License List of open standard tags for such licenses, it could be wise to refer licenses by identifiers on this list. The SPDX-licenses are commonly used in module/extension frameworks, and then inside JSON or YAML files. For example the |

We need description, citation, license, and version meta info to be added to the dataset.

Some datasets need this info inside them for legal reasons.

Description of the possible solution
Currently, we have all metadata stored in the
meta.jsonfile inside the dataset's folder.We can have an
infoentry inside JSON file + property in the Dataset's API, which will allow storing not only description, citation, license, but any arbitrary info.Contributions are welcome
