The date and time on the output of the running docker container isn't correct, adding a volume "-v /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro" might fix this?
This would help me know how long a process

Summary
There are a few additional bits of information that would be useful to add to the reports. I'll list a few here.
Additional Detail
- Add elbow thresholds to the sorted kappa & rho plots so that people can see which components fell above & below the elbows. Also may how when the elbow calculations were a bit odd compared to other datasets in a study. I'm not sure the elbow

the CBU example scripts demonstrate some really cool AA functionality that isn't really covered anywhere else, since we don't have much documentation. It's a shame that only people at CBU can run them (and in fact not even that many people at CBU since many of them use the CamCAN dataset).
