Summary

Deployments can be paused and resumed (spec.paused). We could create a lua action for Deployments to modify this field.

Motivation

An action that allows this would remove the kubectl access currently needed for doing this.

Proposal

Implement the lua script for a pause and resume action for Deployments.

The purpose of this RemoveAll call is to remove existing binaries that are older than it is bundled with. Surely guardian doesn't bundle old binaries :P

It seems like naming a remote is subject to certain limitations as groupadd is executed (potentially 32chars?).

Would be faster if we can reuse the already downloaded one, this is specially good for not cloud runners.
We should download the wrapped runner once (GH or GL), install it in the system and make cml-runner to use it always.
If we are changing the SCM we should download the other wrapped runner.
