If you intend to play video games with an anti-cheat that uses the Kernel you will need to remove one of the mitigations because of how they run.
I contacted both BattleEye and EAC and neither will allow any modification to lsass for dubious reasons and you'll have to wait until Microsoft makes these the real default mitigations.
