Hello, There is a bug on Kodi (tested on Windows Store version)
Using Alt+Space I can move Kodi on full-screen mode

Describe the bug
When a timed theme switch is delayed due to high GPU usage, the old monitoring module logged this incident.
The new module has been rewritten more efficiently and does not yet implement this behavior.

Expected behavior
The new GPU monitoring module logs the GPU usage once after the threshold has been surpassed with a message similar to the old module, e.g

the remote control dpad and numeric are doing nothing is there a keyhandler that should be implemented ?

Localization support was psuedo-dropped for 2.0 due to time purposes. Users can always create their own UI, of course, but our built-in UIs should support localization. It would also be nice if localization was supported via the core NetSparkle DLL rather than being in the UI factories. (Is that possible?)
