Issue Description
When using the RateLimiter Middleware with a rate between 0 and 1 all events will be rejected instead of applying the specified rate. E.g.: e.Use(middleware.RateLimiter(middleware.NewRateLimiterMemoryStore(0.5)))

Hello!
When text line in list is too long and part of it is moved on the next line, list number is placed on the last line. When I use <br>, list number is placed on the first line of multiline text.

Looking at sticky activation it seems to be calling current high resolution time without a global (that is needed in order to know the time origin).
It'd be good to pass along the global. (W or window, if I'm reading the algorithms correctly)

Describe the bug
Mostly when I navigate the text, I use
CTRL + <-orCTRL + ->to navigate per word, but when I use it on the body editor it navigate through my browser history not per word.To Reproduce
