The way we currently get zlib1.dll in https://github.com/diasurgical/devilutionX/blob/master/Packaging/windows/mingw-prep.sh is a bit misleading since we download SDL_ttf, but do not actually need SDL_ttf at all.

The script should be cleaned up, and possible use a more relevant source for the dll.
