I see that there is nothing in the kargo repo related to docker login stuff and more precisely nothing about the ability to make kubernetes pull images from private registries such as ECR.

I didn't see in source code any traces of endpoints for health checks. It usually used by liveness and readiness checks in k8s.
Is this decision made on purpose or this part not implemented yet?

Currently, the CI setup of this repository does not catch all the issues and warnings that Go Report Card catches. To solve this, we should make the CI tests more strict to:

• consider cyclomatic complexity warnings as errors
• consider linter warnings as errors
• add Go Report card label to README.md
