Description of Change

Update Font Header size in iOS.
The original values are from: https://material.io/develop/android/theming/typography/

But, the Header value, 96, seem really really high especially when compared to iOS and UWP.

This PR update the value comparing values with iOS.

They expose methods for all the common operating systems like OperatingSystem.IsWindows() but also still support the API where you pass in a string: OperatingSystem.IsOSPlatform(string platform).

The new APIs are easier to understand so we should consider exposing them.

Looks like all the messages passed to throwBufferParseException are hardcoded and should be converted to error codes (camel case) and passed to createOdspNetworkError as the fluidErrorCode. Or, we could decide it's better to keep all these under one error code and leave it as-is, and close this.
