Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, if the developer wants to register a new admin account, it doesn't let it do that because sendgrid API keys are needed. Remove this dependency for local, and switch to using an identical emailService which uses Nodemailer (Gmail option preferred) since Nodemailer is free. Maybe feature flag this property

We should apply sorting to the list of installed apps in the App Center (we "randomize" the discovery page to make it a bit more "fun"):
- Upgrades available ahead of up to date apps
- Alphabetical

One feature that is not yet implemented is similar orgs.
The feature would show users similar organizations so that they could easily jump to other companies.
The biggest challenge is that often companies are in many sub-categories so we would have to say "Similar" companies instead of the category label. And we'd have to draw from many categories when making the list.
