Maintenance project to clean up and bring some love to dext 💅🏽

Architectural cleanup (non-breaking changes)

• ✅ upgrade babel-* -> @babel/*
• ✅ upgrade webpack
• ✅ move tests to be in the same folder as components/utils
• ✅ get rid of index.js as main file for utils and components

TLDR

• introduce a hooking system
• introduce a UI for configuration
• proposal: introduce tools for alfred theme conversion
