As a tester, I have to start many different (maybe unfamilar) things to run tests locally, but as a tester I'd like to run the entire test suite locally with less barriers to entry

As a tester, I have to start many different (maybe unfamilar) things to run tests locally, but as a tester I'd like to run the entire test suite locally with one command.

Alternativly, the documentation 'how to test' could be better formatted to be easer to follow.
