Reproduction:
Walk into Tycoon hangar. Find 3 boxes of heavy ammo and only 1 light. It's not even in the same place as all the other maps.

We will bump to TGS5 eventually. We'll need to ensure we're not hardcoding the number anywhere.
Goddamn ReleaseNotes is a big offender.

Phazons will accept any type of anom core when constructed. However when a bluespace anom core isn't used, the phazon gives a message that it won't accept it, while accepting it anyway.
This messages needs to be removed from mech_parts.dm.
