Chunk Size in CLI

My actions before raising this issue

• Read/searched the docs
• Searched past issues

Option to select chunk sizes does not exist in the CLI

Expected Behaviour

An option to change/set chunk size should be available though the CLI

Current Behaviour

No parameter such as --chunk_size exists in the CLI

Possible Solution

Use website instead of CLI

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. read the utils/cli/core/definition.py and look for chunk size

Cannot use chunks size as arg in CLI application

• Docker version docker version (e.g. Docker 17.0.05): 20.10.10
• Are you using Docker Swarm or Kubernetes? No
• Operating System and version (e.g. Linux, Windows, MacOS): Unix

  Logs from `cvat` container
