Description
Spotifyd will randomly crash on my machine. Sometimes during playback, sometimes while paused.
After running spotifyd --no-daemon, I managed to catch the error message:

Couldn't fetch metadata from spotify: Err(RateLimited(Some(1)))

Describe the bug
Track numbers in "Top tracks" seem to indicate the order of the tracks within their albums. This results in the Top tracks list containing track numbers e.g. 6, 12, 2, 14, 11.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Search for and view an artist
  2. See nonsuccessive track numbers in Top tracks

Expected behavior
Tracks should be numbered 1 to 5.
