🚀 Feature request
Currently, the EncoderDecoderModel class in PyTorch automatically creates the decoder_input_ids based on the labels provided by the user (similar to how this is done for T5/BART). This should also be implemented for TFEncoderDecoderModel, because currently users should manually provide decoder_input_ids to the model.
One can take a look at the TF implementation

Since iOS has changed its cookie policy named as INTELLIGENT TRACKING PREVENTION (see risetechnologies/cookieTest#2 (comment) for a brief explanation) cookies set by the server are not being taken into account anymore (also see https://forums.meteor.com/t/sticky-session-using-cookies-and-cordova/44419/9).

Issue Summary
I have Ghost Self-hosted.
When I try to import my subscribers from Substack, it shows this error as shown in the image.
I tried searching everywhere but no solution. I also tried to manually create the Members folder on the server but still no luck.

We currently have 1 listings from "techtopia" and "linuxtopia" These appear to be derivatives of the "Essentials" series published by ebookfrenzy, which lists the author as Neil Smyth. https://www.google.com/search?tbo=p&tbm=bks&q=inauthor:%22Neil+Smyth%22 https://www.ebookfrenzy.com/
