Female placed as the default gender; Create a new gender representing missing info/third gender
Describe the bug
In the raw database, genders of some patients is missing, and the same is reflected in the cluster by displaying it as female. Also, it may not be possible for the crowd-sourced data to get gender of all the patients. Also, it gives wrong visualization inference, that more females are infected by the virus.

The CI checks the commit conventions. To prevent to note the problem just in CI, we should add a check in the pre-commit hook. This would require an extra tool installation on the client though.

Hola, los datos de casos confirmados por comuna presentes en el producto 94 no cuadran con los datos del informe de TTA en la última fecha de la última actualización y por lo tanto tampoco cuadra la razón de contactos por casos por región y nacional.
Como ejemplo, en el último informe de TTA se informan 281 casos en la Región de Tarapacá,

As the default takes too much space, we can improve this by format it using K per thousands e.g. 300K, 500K etc
