The problem is inefficiency when simply looking for a single operand and then stopping processing.
For example, if only looking for a single colored pixel in a page.

Check if the person has any documents to sign with flag need_attach_files = 1

• Insert the need_attach_files_to_profile key into the preferences table for the created user and the LibreSign app.
  Store 1 or 0
• Create migration
• Implement unit tests
