Summary
The terminology for the 'denoised' vs 'accepted' time series is confusing to end users and saving both of these files is a waste of space most of the time. The proposal is to stop saving these time series and making the documentation a bit more explicit on how an end user can generate these files as needed.

It would be good to have the choice of the format in which we want to save save-tensors outputs (.pt or .nii.gz). Indeed nifti is better to visualize and save space.
Then we also would have to change the name of the command line ?

Playing around with the HRFs I noticed that the Glover HRF in the GLM first_level does not actually correspond to the Glover 1999 canonical (auditory) HRF.
