I accidentally -torcontrol=1 today (instead of -listenonion=1) and was confused that it was accepted, as the argument needs to be host:port.

Expected outcome would be an error message and exiting.

A false value allows the use of insecure and blocked hashing algorithms in restricted environments. False indicates that the hashing algorithm is not used in a security context, e.g. as a non-cryptographic one-way compression fun
